1) Overview

Shoopero: Resell Empire sells digital items and entitlements (e.g. premium access, gems, starter packs). These are delivered immediately after payment confirmation.

2) No-refund rule for delivered digital goods (typical)

Unless required by applicable law, purchases of digital goods are final once delivered. We may still provide refunds at our discretion in cases such as duplicate charges or verified fraud.

3) When we may refund

Duplicate purchase/duplicate charge.
Payment processed but entitlement not delivered (after support review).
Unauthorized purchase (case-by-case; we may request evidence).

4) Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed, we may suspend the related account and/or revoke entitlements while we investigate. Submitting false chargebacks can result in account restrictions.

5) How to request a refund

Email us at [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] with:

the account email used for purchase,
the approximate date/time,
the item purchased,
Stripe receipt or transaction reference (if available).

6) Taxes and fees

If refunded, taxes may be refunded only if/where applicable. Processing fees may be non-refundable depending on provider rules.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
